2021 – Mold Strikes Again

June 9, 2021.

The date is seared into me.

Another mold exposure, and the progress unraveled. A major backslide. Health crumbled again.

I moved into a brand-new, never-lived-in apartment. Slowly, I clawed my way back. Headaches eased. Brain fog lifted. My hair stopped thinning. My skin cleared. My sinuses opened and many other symptoms, some improved and some became worse. My medications, once maxed, were lowered.

But the pears one-third of my nutrition were gone. My blood sugar slipped into chaos amoungst other health concerns.

I fought on.
